Executive Chairman, Director and Pharmacist
Co-founder of Pharmacy Alliance (2002) and pharmacist, Simon currently holds the position of Pharmacy Alliance Executive Chairman.
Simon also has direct ownership of a number of pharmacies nationally with a combined turnover of more than $80m and has strategically consulted to pharmacies around Australia and to the pharmaceutical industry.
Simon is an authority on independent pharmacy and works closely with both government bodies and the Guild to ensure favourable industry outcomes.
Simon is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and does not hold any directorships of listed entities.
Executive Director and Pharmacist
Paul has held the position of Pharmacy Alliance Director since 2008 when Independent Pharmacists of Australia Group (IPAG), which he owned and founded; merged with Pharmacy Alliance.
Paul also sits on the Pharmacy Alliance Audit Committee and is a passionate community pharmacist who currently owns several pharmacies.
In addition, Paul is also a Non-Executive Chairman of Allfin Financial services. Allfin Financial Services is an independent and multi-award winning financial services broker who understands the unique needs of the pharmacy market.
Paul is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and does not hold any directorships of listed entities.
Chief Executive Officer
Darren is Chief Executive Officer and has been with Pharmacy Alliance for over 10 years. In his time in the pharmacy industry he has become an industry leader and a champion for change whilst being passionate about the protection of the integrity of the industry.
Prior to Pharmacy Alliance, Darren spent 15 years at Woolworths Ltd holding senior positions both in the state and national office in buying, marketing and human resources.
He graduated from Victoria University in Science and is a passionate and dynamic retailer.
General Manager – Marketing and Member Services
Nimfa is the General Manager Marketing and Member Services and has been with Pharmacy Alliance for more than 5 years. Prior to this Nimfa held senior marketing roles at Coles Liquor (Vintage Cellars and Liquorland Direct) and CPA Australia giving her a unique blend of B2B, B2C and membership marketing experience. She has extensive experience in events marketing, loyalty program management and direct marketing, e-commerce and advertising both print and digital.
At Pharmacy Alliance, Nimfa is responsible for both the member communications and retail marketing programs for members.
General Manager – Procurement (Ethicals)
Matt has had over 19 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, commencing as a Procurement Manager for Australia Pharmaceutical Industries, managing $40m total stock inventory in Victorian/Tasmanian.
For the past 10 years, Matt has held the role of General Manager, Procurement and is an industry expert in his field. Matt manages Pharmacy Alliance’s Total Dispensary Solution (PAGM) to ensure the decisions made today will not only provide our Members with the best profitability opportunities today, but also ensure stability in a volatile market for the future.
General Manager Operations & Compliance
Natalie has previously spent 7 years within the Pharmacy Alliance business with roles in the field as a Pharmacy Group Manager (PGM) and Regional Manager (RM) as well as a role within our Member Support Office as a Manager in the Ethical Procurement department. In addition, Natalie has had extensive retail and operational experience within her positions at Coles in Senior Operational and Merchandise roles at both state and nationals levels. This included two years as the National Operations Lead for liquor strategy.
